Short description
In order to be able to withdraw a bonus, you will first need to wagering it — meaning to play it X times, depending on the offer you have activated.
👉 Unwagered bonuses are cancelled if a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are completed.
Don't worry though — you can always see your wagering balance through:
Account → Active Promotions

In certain offers or bonuses, it may be stated that the amount must be wagered X times before becoming available for withdrawal.
This means that the bonus must be played as many times as the offer specifies, in order to be converted into a withdrawable balance.
🎯 Example
If you receive a 5€ bonus that must be wagered 5 times, you need to place bets with a total value of 25€.
➡️ Example flow:
- With the 5€ bonus, you win 20€ on a bet. (You have wagered 5€ and have a balance of 20€)
- From the 20€, you place another bet worth 10€ which you lose. (This counts toward the wagering of the offer, total wagering so far is 15€ and new account balance is 10€)
- With the remaining 10€, you win 40€ (You have wagered another 10€, total wagering so far is 25€)
In total, you have wagered 25€, so your bonus has been cleared and you can withdraw any winnings.
⚠️ Attention
If you make a withdrawal or cancel the bonus before completing the wagering requirements, the offer will be cancelled and any bonus amount -initial amount or winnings from bonus bets- in your account will be deducted from your balance
More specifically, you should be careful with bets such as:
- Bets with 0% margin,
- Bets with odds lower than 1.50
- Bets where Cash Out has been used
- Crash Games, e.g., Aviator
do not contribute to wagering requirements.
