Can I make a transaction without verifying my account?

You can make a deposit up to €800 from the moment you register.
However, in order to request a withdrawal, you must first complete your account verification, in accordance with the HGC regulation (Government Gazette 1633/21.04.2021).

Are there any fees for Stoiximan’s services?
Short answer:
❌ No, there are no fees charged by Stoiximan!
The only possible charge concerns the state tax on winnings.
What is the tax on winnings and how is it calculated?
In the Sportsbook, Fantasy and Virtuals categories, the tax is covered entirely by Stoiximan.
In the Casino, we cover the first €60 of the state tax.
📘 Example:
For winnings up to €500, the tax is fully covered.
For higher winnings, we cover the first €60 of the 20% tax.

Can I save or remove my payment cards?

After each deposit, you’ll see a message asking if you want to save your card for future use.
From the same menu you can:
- view your saved cards,
- add new ones,
- remove any you no longer need.
How can I see my balance and transactions?

Your balance appears at the top-right of the screen, next to the deposit button.

- all your deposits and withdrawals,
- the dates and payment methods used,
- the available balance in your account (on the right-hand side of the menu).

Deposits and withdrawals via the same payment method
By law, withdrawals must be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit, wherever this is technically possible.
📘 Examples:
- If the deposit was made via Apple Pay, the withdrawal can only be processed via Apple Pay.
- If the deposit was made with a prepaid card (which does not support withdrawals), then the withdrawal is processed via a bank account transfer.
