- Avoid “chasing losses” — it is not a solution.
- Only bet amounts whose loss will not affect you.

🧱 How to Temporarily or Permanently Close Your Account
You can choose temporary or permanent exclusion via My Account → Player Protection, with the following options:
- 24-hour break
- Self-exclusion for 1, 2, 6 or 9 months
- Permanent self-exclusion
If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so via the section “Data Protection Rights” → “Right to Erasure”.
Important: Once you set a limit, it is binding. It can only be increased, not reduced.
🚫 Age Limit
Participation is only allowed for individuals over 21 years old.
Stoiximan carries out regular age checks and random verifications.
If an underage player is detected:
- The account is permanently closed,
- Winnings are forfeited,
- And a report to the competent authorities may follow.
