🧭 What can I do with my data?
Through the menu Account → Privacy Settings you can:
- Access your data
- Request correction or deletion
- Set restrictions on processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw your consent
🔹 Portability refers to receiving your data so you can use it with another provider.
🔹 Consent refers to how we contact you and send you information.

⏳ How long is my data retained?
- After your account is closed, and if deletion has not been requested, your data is retained for at least 5 years, in line with legal obligations.
- In cases related to legal or tax obligations, the retention period may be extended.
- If registration has not been completed, the data is anonymised within 6 months.

🧠 If you suspect your account has been compromised
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, for example if:
- You notice transactions or bets you did not place
- Your password or email has been changed
- You receive security notifications you do not recognise

You can also review your activity from: Account → History
⚠️ Never share your details with third parties and avoid staying logged in on shared devices.
Note: Every time the password on your account is changed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not make this change yourself, follow the link in the email to set a new password. Caution: The relevant email is sent exclusively from the address noreply@stoiximan.gr
🛡️ How to keep your account secure
In addition to the measures we apply, you can also strengthen the security of your account:
- ✅ Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): you can activate it for Login and/or Withdrawals via Account → Profile → Login & Security
- ✅ Do not disclose or write down your username / password
- ✅ Change your password regularly via Account → Profile → Login & Security
- ✅ Always log out as soon as you finish your activity on the platform
- ✅ Do not select “Remember me / Keep me logged in” on shared devices
- ✅ Choose a strong password of at least 12 characters, including upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using:
- your name
- your username
- your date of birth
- or your phone number
