To open My Account:
- Log In
- Tap the profile icon on the top right of your screen or the My Account link
- or click here: My Account
In every menu:
- You can tap the headset icon 🎧 for instant access to the Help Center or the Support Team

🔔 Notification Center
In the pop-up window that appears when you click on the profile icon located at the top left part of our page, if you click on the bell icon, you will find the "Notification Center" where:
- You will find all our communications and notifications
- Click on "Read more" to read the full message
- Click on the "Recycle bin" to delete a notification
- Click on the gear icon, top right, to manage how we communicate with you:
- Options for promotional material updates
- Choose your preferred communication channels - SMS, Viber, Email, Phone, Mail and push notifications

Includes basic information about your account:
- Balance
- Recent transactions
- Payment codes for e-banking & Viva (with copy button)
- Shortcuts to: Deposit / Withdrawal, Change Password, Player Protection, Bet Settings, Document Upload

You can deposit funds into your Stoiximan account from here.
- Select a deposit method (card, e-wallet, bank, cash, etc.)
- Follow the instructions of each provider
- Some methods require login to their environment, others support 1-tap deposits

- Financial limits: deposit, loss
- Time limits: session duration
- Self-exclusion: 24 hours, 1–6 months or indefinite
- Hourly reminders with win/loss insights
